Hi, I'm Elly — a certified life coach for women and Feminine Embodiment Coach. I specialize in helping women reconnect with their truth through body-based coaching sessions that are grounded in presence, intuition, and emotional awareness. The “feminine” aspect of my coaching refers to the nonlinear, receptive, and deeply feeling parts of ourselves — the energy that senses and feels, not only thinks.
In our sessions, I guide you to explore your body’s truth using your felt sense. By integrating breath, movement, sound, and awareness, we begin to unravel what's stored in the body, opening up space for deep healing, clarity, and transformation.
As your coach, I hold space for both your challenges and your desires — always starting from what’s alive in the moment. This style of embodiment coaching helps you connect more deeply to your inner wisdom, regulate your nervous system, and move toward your goals with grounded confidence.
